3. Products and Pricing

We strive to display our crystals as accurately as possible, but actual colors and patterns may vary due to monitor settings and the natural uniqueness of each stone, please note that crystals are formed in nature, so it is common for some pieces to exhibit natural cracks, fissures, or tiny surface pits. These are not defects – they are part of the stone’s authentic character and are completely unavoidable.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders if such errors occur, even after order confirmation.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation email – this does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit quantities for any reason.

We accept major credit cards ,PayPal and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before we ship your order.

If we cannot fulfill your order (e.g., stock issues), we will notify you and issue a full refund promptly.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and selected international locations (where available). Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If damaged, contact the carrier and us immediately.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your crystal. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return most items within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy.

Returned items must be in original condition with all packaging. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Custom or special‑order pieces may not be returnable – please check the product description.

All content on this site – including text, images, logos, and product descriptions – is the property of Fate Crystal or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
