At Fate Crystal, we want you to love every piece you receive. We take great care in selecting, photographing, and packaging each crystal so that it arrives safely and as described. However, we understand that sometimes a piece may not be the right fit. Please review our return policy below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
You may return eligible items within [14/30] days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
In original, unworn, and undamaged condition
Returned with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom orders or commissioned pieces
Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging materials.

Ship the return to the address we provide and keep your proof of return postage.

Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be:

Include clear photos of the packaging and the crystal
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Return shipping costs will be covered by us in these cases.
6. Natural Characteristics – Not Defects
Because crystals are formed in nature, it is common for some pieces to exhibit natural cracks, fissures, small pits, or minor surface irregularities. These are not defects—they are part of each stone's authentic character and are completely unavoidable. We photograph every piece honestly and describe its unique features so you can make an informed decision. Please review product images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
7. Exchanges
If you would prefer a different item rather than a refund, please contact us. We will process exchanges on a case-by-case basis, subject to stock availability. You will be responsible for return shipping costs for the original item, and we will cover shipping for the new item.
