Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours after your order is placed (except Saturdays, when we do not process shipments). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
For customers in the United States:
Orders over $200 – Free shipping via USPS or SF Express. Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days.
Orders over $500 – Free shipping via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days.
For orders under $200, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number and a link so you can follow your package in real time. Please monitor the delivery progress regularly.
Address Accuracy
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the address after the order is confirmed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any re‑shipping fees.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
If your order is shipped internationally (outside the U.S.), any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been handed over.
Force Majeure
Delivery times may be extended due to weather, government policies, strikes, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control. We will notify you if we become aware of significant delays.
